wmwAUC

The wmwAUC R package implements coherent inference under \(H_0\mathpunct{:} \mathrm{AUC} = 1/2\) — the calibration null for the WMW detection functional — with bias-corrected variance estimation. Unlike the WMW test, calibrated under \(H_0\mathpunct{:} F_1 = F_2\) and detection incoherent, wmwAUC is calibrated directly under \(H_0\mathpunct{:} \mathrm{AUC} = 1/2\) and is detection coherent by construction.
